House Rules

Thank you for following the rules below:

• Do not hang towels or bathing suits on the balcony railings.

• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am daily.

• Rinse off all sand outside before entering the condo.

• Do not sit on the furniture with a wet bathing suit or with suntan lotion.

• Do not remove the balcony furniture.

• Do not rearrange the inside furniture.

• If you notice anything missing or broken, please let us know.

• Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony

• The white bath towels are not for beach or pool use.

• No illegal activity is permitted.

• Do not exceed the weight limit for bunk bed. Mind the ceiling fan.

• Do not eat on the beds.

• Unauthorized late checkouts more than 30 minutes late will be charged $50

• Unauthorized late checkouts more than 2 hours late will be charged for the entire day in addition to the $50 late checkout fee
